If the club doesn't have any home or away games in a cup competition during a given season, how will that impact multi-year loyalty?
Updated
If there are no home or away cup fixtures in a competition across a whole season, the games in the other seasons relevant to a supporter's 'Credit Balance' period would continue to be used, even if there were no games in one or more seasons.
For example, if the men's first team do not have any FA Cup away games in the 2026/27 season, eligibility for FA Cup away games in the 2027/28 season will still be based on games from the previous three seasons, despite there being no relevant games from season 2026/27.
However, if this reduced number of games meant there were insufficient games to guarantee supporters with the highest number of credits for an away fixture, additional seasons may be used.
This is explained in more detail in our related FAQ on ballots for supporters with the maximum three-year credit balance.
