How do I earn match credits?

For Premier League home games, a credit is earned if you buy a non-Season Ticket general admission ticket through the official club channels below and attend the match:
All Red members in July and November.
Additional All Red members sales (including the Ticket Exchange).
Local sales.
Young Adult area sales.
A credit will not be earned if you:
Buy a Season Ticket seat via the Ticket Exchange.
Forward your ticket to someone else.
Receive a ticket via Ticket Forwarding.
List your ticket on the Ticket Exchange.
Buy a matchday hospitality ticket.
Do not attend the match.
Are a Season Ticket holder.
Are a Seasonal Hospitality member.
For Cup home games, a credit is earned if you buy a match ticket in any club sale. A credit will not be earned if:
You receive a ticket via Ticket Forwarding.
Are a Seasonal Hospitality member.
While there are no changes to cup credits for season 2026/27, this area under review in line with the findings from the ticketing review.
For Premier League and domestic cup away games, a credit is earned if you buy a match ticket.
A credit will not be earned if:
You are eligible and successfull in the hospitality ballot for the relevant game.
For European cup away games, a credit is earned if you:
Buy a match ticket and attend* the game yourself.
Buy a match ticket and forward it to a supporter on your Friends & Family List via Ticket Forwarding and that supporter attends* the game.
A credit will not be earned if:
You are eligible and successful in the hospitality ballot for the relevant game.
You recieve a ticket via Ticket Forwarding.
*For most European away games, tickets are digital and we receive stadium access data from the host club. This data is used to determine if a supporter has attended the match. For the matches where we operate collections of physical tickets, the collection of a ticket will count as attendance at the match.
