Why can’t I buy or register for tickets if I have match credits?

This may be because:
You do not have an eligible All Red membership or Season Ticket.
Your account is blocked.
You must hold a Full, Light or Junior All Red membership to be eligible to buy or register for tickets for Premier League home games. For some Premier League games, you also require a minimum number of match credits to buy or register.
For Cup games, to be eligible, you must hold one of the below and may also require a qualifying number of credits:
A Season Ticket, or
A Full, Light or Junior All Red membership.
To check the type of account you hold:
Log in to your account via the LFC Official App.
Click Discover and then My Account.
On the profile screen, scroll down to see your account type.
You should have been notified if your account is blocked but if you are not sure, contact Supporter Services.
