What is my Credit Balance?

Your Credit Balance is made up of match credits earned in previous seasons and determines your eligibility to buy or register for General Admission tickets for men’s games.
Match credits will only count towards your eligibility if you:
Hold a current Season Ticket or an All Red Full, Light or Junior Membership; and
Do not currently have a blocked account.
You will have a Credit Balance for each competition, home and away:
Premier League home.
Premier League away.
European home.
European away.
FA Cup home.
FA Cup away.
League Cup home.
League Cup away.
A Credit Balance will be based on a rolling total across the previous three seasons. This won’t be the case across all competitions in season 2026/27, as we are transitioning to a multi-year system gradually for some competitions.
By season 2028/29, your Credit Balance for each competition will be based on the total number of match credits you’ve earned over the past three seasons.
