What should I do if my Credit Balance and/or match credits don’t look right?

Please use this email form and select Match Credits as your query which can be found under Ticketing and Men’s Football.
Ensure you provide as much information as possible when contacting us about your match credit query.
You must contact us by 1 August 2026 if you need to query a match credit from a previous season. We will not be able to make changes to match credits after this date.
Please Note - Match credits were only awarded for Premier League home games if you bought a non-Season Ticket holder seat and attended the game. If you purchased a Season Ticket seat via the Ticket Exchange during an Additional Members Sale, you will not have earned a credit and it will show as 'ineligible' in the Match Credits section in the LFC Official App.
If you are unsure, check your booking confirmation email - any Season Ticket holder seats were clearly marked both in the confirmation email and during the ticket purchase journey.
