Can I return an item for a refund or exchange?

Returning something you ordered online

If there's a problem with an item you ordered (it's damaged, faulty, or we sent you the wrong item), you can return it to us for a refund. You can also return some unwanted products, but exclusions apply - for example, you can't returned personalised products such as player name and numbered shirts. Please note we can't offer to exchange or swap for a different item, because we can't guarantee the item you want to exchange for will be available when we receive your return.

Returning or exchanging something you bought in a store

If there's a problem with an item you bought in a store, you can return it to one of our stores for a refund. You can also return some unwanted products, but exclusions apply - for example, you can't returned personalised products such as player name and numbered shirts. We may also be able to exchange for a different item in store, but this will depend on what we have in stock at the time you visit us to return your item.
