Can I return an item for a refund or exchange?
Returning something you ordered online
If there's a problem with an item you ordered (it's damaged, faulty, or we sent you the wrong item), you can return it to us for a refund. You can also return some unwanted products, but exclusions apply - for example, you can't returned personalised or customised products, such as shirts with names, numbers or patches added (including current LFC players' names and numbers). Please note we can't offer to exchange or swap for a different item, because we can't guarantee the item you want to exchange for will be available when we receive your return.
