Returning something you ordered online
If there's a problem with an item you ordered (it's damaged, faulty, or we sent you the wrong item), you can return it to us for a refund. You can also return some unwanted products, but exclusions apply - for example, you can't returned personalised
or customised products, such as shirts with names, numbers or patches added (including current LFC players' names and numbers). To check whether your product is eligible to be returned, view our full Returns Policy.
Please note we can't offer to exchange or swap for a different item, because we can't guarantee the item you want to exchange for will be available when we receive your return.
Returning or exchanging something you bought in a store
If there's a problem with an item you bought in a store, you can return it to one of our stores for a refund. You can also return some unwanted products, but exclusions apply - for example, you can't returned personalised or customised products, such as shirts with names, numbers or patches added (including current LFC players' names and numbers).
Please bring your receipt so we can refund you the correct amount (we offer gift receipts too, if you're buying as a gift). Refunds without a receipt will be at the store's discretion.
We may also be able to exchange for a different item in store, but this will depend on what we have in stock at the time you visit us to return your item.
