How to return items

We're sorry you've had a problem with something you bought from us. If you've got a faulty item, received a damaged or incorrect item, or just don't want the item any more and haven't used it yet, here's how you can get it sorted.

Returning something you ordered online


Damaged, faulty or incorrect items:

If you have received a damaged, faulty or incorrect item, please contact us with a picture of your item so we can advise you on the quickest way to resolve the issue.

Inside your parcel, please include receipt for postage (so we can reimburse you) and a cover letter containing your name, address and order number.

If you’re returning your item to correct patches or printing that are missing/not applied properly, please state this clearly on your cover letter so we know what to do to resolve your issue.

If we are correcting a printing/patch issue for you, we will send you an email with the delivery information once the replacement order has left us.

We won’t send you any further confirmation once we’ve received your return – we’ll just issue your refund straight back to your original payment method (card, PayPal etc.), so keep an eye on your statement. Please give us up to 14 days to process your refund once we receive your return .


If you have had a problem with shirt patches or printing missing/not applied properly, you can either return them to LFC Direct at the address above or, if you live near to an LFC store, you can take your item into store to have this corrected. This only applies to fixing printing issues - remember that we can't offer exchanges or refunds in our stores for items you bought online.

Returning something you bought from an LFC store

Please return your item to one of our stores; it doesn’t have to be the same store you originally bought from. You can view our store locations here.

Returning unwanted items

If your item is simply unwanted, and is not faulty, damaged, or incorrect, check our returns policy to see whether you can return it, as some exclusions apply for unwanted items, such as personalised products. If your item is eligible for return, simply follow the steps above for returning faulty or incorrect items.

PLEASE NOTE - Unwanted items must be returned within 30 days and are not eligible for a refund of postage costs.
