Can I return an item for a refund or exchange?

If there's a problem with any of the items you have ordered (damaged, faulty, or you have received the wrong item), you can return it to us for a refund. You can also return some unwanted products, but exclusions apply. For example, you can't return personalised or customised products, such as shirts with names, numbers or patches added (including current players' names and numbers).

We can't offer to exchange or swap for a different item, because we can't guarantee the item you want to exchange for will be available when we receive your return.
