What do I do if I have received a damaged or faulty item?
If you have received an item that is faulty, damaged, or incorrect then please contact us as soon as possible with your name, order number and/or sales ID.
Please also attach a photo to display the issue, if relevant.

If we do not have stock available to replace the damaged or faulty item, we will issue a refund.
