Local General Sale
Select the Price Type relevant to the age of each supporter when entering a ballot. Supporters entering a ballot for Adult and Junior tickets should enter as a pair or on a 2:1 ratio. Failure to do so will result in your ballot entry being declined.
Ballots will be run and payments taken between Thursday 13 November and Friday 14 November and we’ll notify supporters of the ballot outcome via email during this time. Emails will be sent to the lead booker (the person that made the ballot application) from tickets@fans.emails.liverpoolfc.com.

You can enter a ballot for up to a maximum of four eligible supporters within each booking.
If you require a personal assistant(s), you must enter the ballot for both you and your personal assistant(s) at the same time. Your ballot entry will be declined if you fail to do so. If you require assistance, please contact Supporter Services on 0151 264 2500 and select option 1.

Yes, you can choose to enter the ballot alone or with up to 3 additional eligible supporters on your Friends & Family List for each game. The supporters do not have to be the same for each fixture you are registering for.
