Can I enter the ballot for a Junior alone?

Juniors must be accompanied by an Adult, Over 65 or a Young Adult.
A minimum of 1, or a maximum of 2 juniors per adult is required.
Juniors who enter the ballot alone will be automatically unsuccessful in the ballot.
