How does the All Red ticket ballot work?

When registering for the ticket ballot, supporters will be:
Able to indicate their preferred seat location and ticket price.
Required to provide a payment card.
Supporters successful in the ballot will automatically be allocated a seat in line with their preferences.
This means that supporters who are successful in the ballot will no longer need to queue online to purchase tickets.
