Friends & Family
Yes, you are able to edit your registered Friends & Family list until September 1st 2025, after which you'll only be able to add to your list if you've not reached the 18 person threshold.
From September 1st 2025, the maximum number of Friends & Family you can link to your account will be set to 18.
Log in here , select ‘My Friends & Family’ Click the 3 dots next to the person you wish to remove. Select the ‘Remove’ option. Select ‘Remove User’.

Only supporters who have less than 18 Friends & Family linked to their account will continue to be able to add to their Friends & Family throughout the season, up to a maximum of 18.
The friends & family feature lets you link other supporters to your account, allowing you to assign tickets to each other (subject to eligibility) when making a ticket purchase, or to share your ticket with them via the club’s Ticket Forwarding service.
Ticket Forwarding will be enabled approximately two weeks prior to each fixture and will be advertised here. Once the Ticket Forwarding service is available, it will remain open until kick-off on matchday.

Yes, you can forward a ticket to eligible supporters on your Friends & Family list, who have either an All Red Membership or General Admission pass for 2025/26, and do not have a ticket on their account for the fixture being forwarded.
A ticket can only be forwarded once. Please make sure the Friend & Family member you are forwarding a ticket to can attend the designated fixture before forwarding them the ticket.
In exceptional circumstances, the person you have forwarded your ticket to is able to submit a request to return the ticket back to you if they can no longer attend. The change has been brought in to help combat ticket misuse, one of the key areas identified from fan feedback from the recent Ticketing surveys and in line with the club’s ticketing principles.
Supporters who are receiving tickets will need to either be an All Red Member or have downloaded a General Admission NFC pass, in order to receive the ticket and be able to access the stadium. Please note: No credit will be applied for a Premier League home game if the seat forwarded was originally
