Can I have my ticket forwarded back to me?

In exceptional circumstances, the person you have forwarded your ticket to is able to submit a request to return the ticket back to you if they can no longer attend.
The form to request for a ticket to be returned to the sender will be available via their Ticketing Account. They can click here to select which game they wish to return to you and they will then be taken to a return request form for that game.
Requests will be reviewed within 24 working hours during the week of the game and within 2 working hours on the day of the game. Click here for Supporter Services working hours.
If the request is approved, the ticket will be returned to the original owner and the ticket forward limit for that ticket will be reset meaning the original owner will then be able to either use the ticket themselves or forward the ticket to someone else on their Friends & Family list.
