Why am I getting an error message when I’m trying to add someone to my Friends & Family?

If you have already reached the maximum number of supporters on your Friends & Family List, you will be unable to add anyone else and will receive an error message.

If you have not reached the maximum number of supporters on your Friends & Family List, this will mean that the person you are trying to add has already met the maximum number and cannot be added to any more accounts.
