Can my carer or personal assistant (PA) visit The LFC Stadium Tour?
We offer a complimentary concession ticket for each visitor who may wish to bring along their carer or personal assistant.
Personal assistant tickets are free of charge when purchased alongside a full priced adult or child ticket.
Personal assistant tickets can be selected on our website under the personal assistant option.
To collect the personal assistant ticket, please make sure you bring along your supporting documents that show you require a carer as you'll need to provide the documents at the tours reception desk. We accept the following documents:
1. Disability Living Allowance letter
2. PIP Letter
3. Access Pass
4. Any other supporting documentation as issued by your local council

Is the LFC Stadium Tour wheelchair accessible?
Yes, The LFC Stadium Tour is fully accessible to wheelchair users. There is lift access throughout the tour route and a wheelchair ramp when you visit the pitch side area. The LFC Museum is located on the first floor which can also be accessed via a lift.
We have a limited supply of wheelchairs for use on the Stadium Tour only. Please note that these wheelchairs require an accompanying assistant to push the user throughout the tour route.
Do you have accessible toilets at The LFC Stadium Tour?
Yes. There are two fully accessible, gender-neutral toilets on the tour route. One is located inside the stadium and has a hoist for any visitors who may need additional assistance. There is also an accessible toilet located by The LFC Story (Museum). Both accessible toilets have an emergency alarm pull, vertical rails and lever taps on the sinks.
Do you offer accessible parking at The LFC Stadium Tour?
Yes, we offer free parking for your visit to The LFC Stadium Tour. There are 50 accessible parking spaces at Stanley Car Park (L4 0TQ).
Is The LFC Stadium Tour autism-friendly?
Our friendly team are always around to help any visitors who have additional or complex needs. If you have additional requirements, we recommend contacting our team who can advise the best time to visit The LFC Stadium Tour depending on the individual needs of your group.
LFC is a busy, working stadium, and you may experience unexpected noises along the tour route. If you or anyone in your group becomes distressed at any point, a member of our team will be happy to guide you to a quiet space within the stadium.
Can I bring my assistance dog to The LFC Stadium Tour?
Yes. All registered assistance dogs can join The LFC Stadium Tour.
Do you have hearing loops at The LFC Stadium Tour?
We have Hearing Loops accessible for visitors. Two of these are positioned in permanent locations at Reception and the Museum. The other devices are located on Level 2 and in the Kop Bar Photo Redemption area. All devices are fully portable and can be taken along the tour route should a visitor require them.
Do you offer British Sign Language (BSL) as an option on The LFC Stadium Tour?
Yes. Our self-guided tour offers a British Sign Language digital guide that visitors can use at their own pace. The guide contains content about each part of The LFC Stadium Tour and alongside British Sign Language the digital guides also offer English subtitles throughout.
