Why can’t I forward my ticket?
Updated
There are a few reasons why you may be unable to forward your ticket:
Ticket Forwarding isn't currently available. Ticket Forwarding is usually open around a week before the match and may be temporarily unavailable during high-demand sales, ballots, or while a queue is in place.
The recipient isn't eligible to receive the ticket. The supporter must:
Have a valid All Red Membership or General Admission NFC Pass.
Have downloaded their NFC Pass to their smartphone.
Not already have a ticket for the fixture.
The ticket isn't eligible for forwarding. Some tickets purchased through specific sales, such as Additional Members, Local Members, or Local General sales, are non-transferable. Tickets also can not be forwarded back to the original Season Ticket Holder.
If you're unable to forward your ticket, you may be able to return it through the Ticket Exchange. This option is available for Premier League home fixtures only.
