Can I have my forwarded ticket returned back to me?

In exceptional circumstances, the person you have forwarded your ticket to is able to submit a request to return the ticket back to you if they can no longer attend.
The form to request a ticket to be returned to the sender is available in your My Account.
Requests will be reviewed within 24 working hours during the week of the game and within 2 working hours on the day of the game.
If the request is approved, the ticket will be returned to the original owner and the ticket forward limit for that ticket will be reset. The original owner will be able to either use the ticket themselves or forward the ticket to someone else on their Friends & Family List.
