If I can’t attend a Premier League home fixture, what options are available to me?
Option 1 - Return your ticket to the Club using the Ticket Exchange
Option 2 - Forward your ticket to registered Friends or Family change
My circumstance have changed and I may not be able to attend the minimum of 15 Premier League home games, will my season ticket be at risk?
The policy has been introduced to protect and enhance the atmosphere inside Anfield, where every fan counts and every voice matters. Those fans who face exceptional circumstances during the season which mean their seat is not used will be able to contact Supporters Services to request a season ticket holiday.
If I take a season ticket holiday for season 2026/27, will my eligibility for future ticket purchases, including all away and any home cup games, be affected?
If you choose to take a seasonal holiday for season 2026/27, please be aware that match credits for games played during season 2026/27 may be used as sales criteria for games played during season 2026/27 and beyond. If you take a seasonal holiday, you may not qualify for home cup or away games that you would normally qualify for.
I have an Adult/Junior Season Ticket but only one of us wants to take a season ticket holiday. Is this possible?
No, you must submit a holiday request for both the adult and junior season tickets.
I have an Ambulant or Wheelchair Season Ticket and sit with my Personal Assistant(s) but only one of us wants to take a season ticket holiday. Is this possible?
No, you must submit a holiday request for your season ticket and also your Personal Assistant(s).
If I take a Season Ticket Holiday, can I make any other ticket purchases or join the Auto Cup Scheme during season 2026/27?
Supporters taking a Season Ticket Holiday will forego the right to enrol into the Auto Cup Scheme or purchase tickets for any games for season 2026/27, including:
Premier League home and away games
European Cup home and away games
Domestic Cup home and away games
Cup Finals
If I take a Season Ticket Holiday, will I lose my purchase history?
We will safeguard the credits you obtained during season 2026/27 and previous seasons. However, as you will not accrue any credits for games played during season 2026/27 you will run the risk of no longer qualifying for games played in future seasons.
If I take a Season Ticket holiday but my circumstances change during the season, can I request my seat back?
No, not until season 2026/27.
If I take a Season Ticket holiday, will I still have access to other Season Ticket benefits?
No, if you take a holiday you will forego all associated Season Ticket benefits for the duration of season 2026/27.
If I take a Season Ticket holiday, will I return to the same seat when I return?
Yes, we are committed to holding your usual seat for when you return.
If I choose to purchase my Season Ticket but cannot attend a game, can someone else use my ticket?
Yes, there are two options available to you:
Return your seat for re-sale via the Ticket Exchange
Use Ticket Forwarding to forward your ticket to one of your registered Friends & Family.

Does the Season Ticket pricing differ by age?
The pricing is based on age as of 1 August 2026. The structure is as follows:
Aged 16 and under: Junior rate
Aged 17–24: Young Adult rate
Aged 22–64: Adult rate
Aged 65 or over: Over 65 rate
If you currently hold Adult/Junior Season Tickets in the family section and the junior will be 17 by 1st August 2026, you will be required to relocate to a non-family area and we will be in touch with you to discuss your options.
