What if I change my phone?

If your NFC pass is on an Android/Google device and you change your phone to another Android/Google device, your pass will appear on your new smartphone when you log in with the same Google account.
If you have upgraded to a new iPhone and your NFC pass doesn’t appear in your Apple Wallet on your new device after setup, contact Supporter Services.
