What is a Stadium Access Card and how do I apply for one?
Updated
The club issues digital tickets for fans to access the stadium but recognises there may be a small number of fans who may find these difficult to use. We therefore provide access cards, which are photographic ID cards that can be used at the turnstile instead of a digital ticket, to those who meet our strict eligibility criteria. The card can only be used by the person it is issued to. It cannot be transferred to anyone else even if the match ticket is forwarded using Ticket Forwarding.
To apply for a Stadium Access Card, you need to either be registered disabled with the us and/or qualify for a senior concession (supporters aged 65 and over).
You can apply by contacting Supporter Services, explaining that you’d like to be issued with a Stadium Access Card. We will ask you to provide details of your circumstances and, where required, any supporting information relevant to your application.
If you have an extenuating circumstance that means that, although you do not meet the eligibility criteria, you feel you should be issued with an access card, you can still contact us. We will review the reason you have applied and decide if you should be issued with an access card. Completing an application does not guarantee that you’ll be issued a Stadium Access Card and our whether to issue one is final.
