I am a Member/Season Ticket Holder and I’m not receiving the email notifications about new issues of the eMagazine. How can I receive them to my inbox?

The most likely reason is that your contact preferences are either not up-to-date or you have opted out of marketing communications.
Please log in to your Membership/Season Ticker account here, then:
On a computer
- Hover your mouse over the Your Name (My Account) text in the top-right of the page
- Choose 'Personal details' from the drop-down menu
- On the new page that loads, below 'My Profile', click the 'Contact Preferences' button
- Set the option "Please send me emails about Liverpool FC, the LFC Foundation and Liverpool FC Women" to 'Yes' and click OK
On a mobile:
- Tap on the person icon in the top-right of the page
- Scroll down to 'My Profile'
- Below 'My Profile', tap the 'Contact Preferences' button
- Set the option "Please send me emails about Liverpool FC, the LFC Foundation and Liverpool FC Women" to 'Yes' and tap OK
