How do I reset my password?

To reset your password, please follow the below steps:

1. Log into your My Account.​​​

2. Click Forgotten password? under the password box.

You'll then receive an email with password reset steps.

So that you are able to receive the password reset link, please add tickets@fans.emails.Liverpoolfc.com to your Safe Senders list. If your email provider does not have this feature, please add the above email address to your contact list / address book.

If you are getting an error message when creating a new password, you'll need to make sure it meets all of the criteria below:

​

• At least 8 characters long.

• Contains at least one lower case letter.

• Contains at least one upper case letter.

• Contains at least one number.

• Contain at least one special character (* : @ | # % , . ; { } ? - _ ~ $ & < > ' " ^ ( ) / ! `)

• Has not been used before on your Ticketing or Membership account.
