How do I reset my password?

To reset your password, please follow the below steps:
Log into your My Account.
Click Forgotten password? under the password box.
You'll then receive an email with password reset steps.
So that you are able to receive the password reset link, please add tickets@fans.emails.Liverpoolfc.com to your Safe Senders list. If your email provider does not have this feature, please add the above email address to your contact list / address book.
If you are getting an error message when creating a new password, you'll need to make sure it meets all of the criteria below:
At least 8 characters long.
Contains at least one lower case letter.
Contains at least one upper case letter.
Contains at least one number.
Contain at least one special character (* : @ | # % , . ; { } ? - _ ~ $ & < > ' " ^ ( ) / ! `)
Has not been used before on your Ticketing or Membership account.
