What delivery options do you offer?

We offer a choice of Economy, Standard and Premium delivery options within the UK. Free economy UK delivery is available for orders over £100. We also offer collections from UPS Access Points and some of our Club Stores.
Deliveries to countries in the EU are sent Delivery Duty Paid due to Brexit. You will not be liable for additional taxes, charges or delays. Currency will be set to Euros at checkout to enable this.
Estimated delivery costs, dates, as well as important information are available for each of the regions we ship to below. An exact delivery cost and target date will be calculated and made available at step 1 of checkout.
If you are placing an international order (any destination outside the UK or EU), you may be charged customs and import duty depending on the products purchased and the destination country.
Deliveries to the USA may be subject to additional import duties, taxes, or customs fees in accordance with U.S. trade regulations for products manufactured outside of the USA.
A signature will be required for all orders. Tracking information will be provided via email once your order leaves our Distribution Centre.
We are unable to ship to PO Boxes, Parcel Lockers & APO addresses.
