Checking the status of your order in My Account
You can track the progress of your order in My Account, in the My Orders section. Here's what the statuses mean:
- Pending - your order has been accepted and is waiting to be processed by our distribution centre. Your order will stay in pending until we're ready to send it out. If you've placed a pre-order, expect it to show Pending until it's the despatch date we originally advised you of when you placed your order
- Complete - we have despatched your order and it's on its way to you. We will have sent you an email with tracking information.
- Cancelled - your order has been cancelled. Either we were unable to take payment, or we didn't have the stock available to send you. If you were charged, you can expect a refund within 7 working days of the cancellation.
Tracking your order once it's despatched
We will email you once your order is despatched (when the carrier has collected it from us). Your email will contain a tracking link and your consignment number.
To track your order, click on the tracking link in the email, which will take you to the tracking site for the carrier delivering your order. Note that your consignment number is different to your LFC Order Number, which will always start "LFC" followed by some other letters and numbers, e.g. "LFC2002123456". You can't track your order with your LFC Order Number.
If your order is showing as Complete but you have not received an email, check your spam or junk mail folders.

or EVRI will also receive further delivery notification updates direct
from the carrier via SMS and email.
