If you are getting an invalid message when trying to book with a Virgin Experience voucher, please try again but put the letter P at the start of your voucher code when entering it on the booking page.

e.g. if your code is LVCT2 then try PLVCT2

If you are still unable to book then please contact us on the link below and provide your voucher number, ticket type, time/date of proposed visit, name, address, contact number and email.
