To access All Red Video as part of your All Red Full membership, you must have completed Single Sign On (SSO). If you are a member but cannot access All Red Video then you probably have not completed SSO. For more information on SSO and how to complete, please visit our SSO FAQ. You will be able to
If you have purchased the wrong membership type, please contact Supporter Services within the 14-day refund period. A refund will be processed and you can then purchase another All Red membership type.
Purchase and Renewal
To check if you are on auto-renewal, you can login to My Account . Click your initials in the top right corner. Select 'Membership' from the drop-down menu. Tick the Membership type you have. Click the red ‘Manage Auto Renew’ button If you’re on Auto-Renew, there will be a tick in the Auto-Renew

No, you can still forward ticket(s) as often as you’d like throughout the season to anyone on your Friends & Family list . The only changes are that the number of supporters linked to your Friends & Family list is now limited to 18 people, and each ticket can only be forwarded once per game.
