Why cant I forward my ticket?
Updated
1) Ticket Forwarding may be unavailable.
Ticket Forwarding is usually made available approximately one week before each home game. Click here to see if it is available for the game you are trying to forward.
There are also times when you may not be able to access Ticket Forwarding in your account even if it is available: In these instances please try again once these sales or ballots have finished.
Whilst high demand ticket sales take place, access to the Ticketing site is restricted. Supporters may be unable to access ‘My Account’ to forward tickets until the online queue has cleared.
The Ticket Forwarding option will not be visible in My Account whilst Local Ballots are taking place.
2) The Supporter you are trying to forward the ticket to, must either have an active Membership or have downloaded a General Admission NFC Pass.
If not then you will get a message to say this and will not be able to complete the process.
Other possible reasons:
If the supporter you are trying to forward your ticket to already has a ticket for the match, they cannot be forwarded another one.
If the ticket has already been forwarded 3 times, it will not be available to forward on again, and you must use the Ticket Exchange if you are unable to attend the game.
3) If you purchased a ticket in either the Additional Members sale, Local Members sale or Local General sale then these tickets are strictly non-transferable and are not available to forward to other supporters. These tickets are also non-refundable.
It is not possible to forward a ticket back to the Season Ticket Holder that originally held it.
