Why cant I forward my ticket?

The Supporter you are trying to forward the ticket to, must either have an active Membership or have downloaded a General Admission NFC Pass. If not then you will get a message to say this and will not be able to complete the process.

Other possible reasons:

  • If the supporter you are trying to forward your ticket to already has a ticket for the match, they cannot be forwarded another one.

  • If the ticket has already been forwarded 3 times, it will not be available to forward on again, and you must use the Ticket Exchange if you are unable to attend the game.

If you purchased a ticket in either the Additional Members sale, Local Members sale or Local General sale then these tickets are strictly non-transferable and are not available to forward to other supporters. These tickets are also non-refundable.

It is not possible to forward a ticket back to the Season Ticket Holder that originally held it.
