Membership packs for season 2024/25 will begin to be dispatched from the end of June 2024. We will send you a dispatch e-mail when your pack has been sent to the address on file.

From the dispatch date please allow 14 days (UK) and 28 days (overseas) for the welcome pack to arrive.

Please note: different Membership types are being processed and dispatched at separate times. If you have purchased multiple Memberships of different types (e.g. a full Membership for yourself and a junior Membership for a child in your household), you may not receive your packs all at the same time.
