To receive a refund for your current Membership for 2024/25, you must be within the 14-day refund period and return any goods dispatched to us in an unused condition. If you are within the 14-day period, once your Membership is cancelled, you will be able to change your product type online.

Product selector to amend your auto-renewal for season 2025/26 Membership will be available in around April 2025, ahead of automatic renewal payments being taken. You will receive an email to confirm when this is available in My Account.
