The 'download pass' button in my Ticketing account is greyed out

If you are a new Season Ticket holder or Member the button will stay greyed out until a week or two before the first home Premier League match of the season. Please log in and download your pass at this time. You do not need to have it downloaded in order to buy tickets.
It could also be greyed out if you have deleted your existing pass in error and are trying to download it again.
If you have deleted it then please contact us using the Contact Us link below this article, and our team can reset your pass to help you download it again.
