How do I enter a turnstile with a digital scanner?
Updated
All turnstiles have been upgraded and are now fitted with new digital scanners. Stewards will be located around the turnstiles should you require any assistance.
Watch our how to video or, alternatively, follow these steps:
As you approach the turnstile, have your pass ready to scan as normal.
Hold your NFC pass towards the top of the screen for it to scan.
If your Google phone does not have NFC enabled, it will display a QR code. You can also display the QR code by clicking the icon at the top of the ticket. You should hold the QR code toward the white square at the bottom of the screen.
If your ticket is valid for this turnstile, the screen will go green and you’ll be able to enter
If there are any issues with your ticket, the screen will go red.
A Steward or Fan Support will be able to assist you.
