I am accompanying a junior and/or registered disabled supporter to a match. How does this work?
Updated
NFC passes should only be added to the registered supporter’s smartphone. However, we understand that some junior supporters may not have a smartphone and some registered disabled supporters may need to store their pass on their Personal Assistant’s phone.
The NFC pass can be added to the device of the adult/Personal Assistant they regularly attend games with. Junior and registered disabled supporters are the only supporters who are permitted to have their pass added to another individual’s device.
As the accompanying adult or Personal Assistant, you should log in to their account on your phone and download their NFC pass. This means you will have multiple passes on your phone.
When you approach the turnstile:
Select your junior's pass first from your Google/Apple Wallet.
Touch it to the reader and let your junior proceed through the turnstile.
Then, select your own pass, tap it to the reader and enter.
