I pay for LFCTV GO via Direct Debit this is no longer a payment method accepted by the service; how do I update my card details?

From 18 February 2025, Direct Debit will no longer be accepted as a payment method. If you currently pay for your LFCTV GO subscription via Direct Debit, to maintain uninterrupted access to the home of Liverpool FC video, you will need to add a new payment method to your account. 

How to add a new payment method: 

  • Go to https://video.liverpoolfc.com/mylfc/

  • Log in if you’re not yet logged in

  • Click the ‘Manage Subscription’ button (underneath ‘Your Subscription’ status)

  • In the ‘Payment Method’ section, click the ‘+ Add payment method’ button

  • Choose one of the existing payment methods and add it to your account

This process is quick and secure and will ensure there are no interruptions to your subscription.

If you do not add a new payment method before your next payment date, your subscription will automatically expire.
