How can I cancel my All Red Video subscription?

If you subscribed to All Red Video through the Liverpool FC website, you can cancel as follows:
Log in to My Account.
Click on Manage All Red membership.
Select Cancel Auto-Renewal.
Your All Red Video subscription will then be terminated and no further payments will be taken. However you will still have access to All Red Video until the end of the last period you paid for.
If you subscribed directly through the LFC Official App, you need to cancel though the relevant app store as LFC do not have access to manage your subscription. You can cancel as follows:
If you are subscribed via iOS, you can manage subscriptions and turn off your auto-renewal via the App store as below:
Open the App Store, then click on your initials on the top right
Click Subscriptions and then select the relevant one.
You can then cancel the auto renewal
If you are subscribed via Android, you can unsubscribe via your Google Play account as below:
Open the Play Store app, then click on your initials on the top right
Click Payments and Subscriptions then Subscriptions
Select the relevant subscription then click cancel subscription.
If there is no option to cancel, please check you are using the correct email address, that your subscription is still active and your Membership account says All Red Video and not All Red Essential. If it says Essential it the Video account has already expired.
