Overview of Fan Update
There are 4 steps to complete Fan Update, and it will take approximately 5 minutes:
1.Login to Fan Update and check the key details we hold for you
2.Upload your photo ID
3.Confirm your personal details and contact information
4.We’ll validate your Fan Update submission and contact you to approve or query it
Step-by-step instructions
1. Login and check the details we hold
To start the process, visit www.liverpoolfc.com/fanupdate and login using your ticketing account details
Your registered personal details will then be displayed:
If the details displayed do not match your photo ID, please click NOT CORRECT and complete our Details Not Correct form. We’ll then be in touch to assist you further.
If your details do match your photo ID, click CORRECT.
2. Upload your photo ID
You will now be taken to a page to upload your photo ID (Drivers licence, passport or PASS Card). Follow the instructions on how to capture your photo ID. You'll also need to allow access to your phones camera in order to capture the image of your photo ID.
You'll be shown the result of your ID scan:
ID Failed - you'll see a red cross and a message saying your ID was not verified. Please follow the instructions on screen to make sure you have taken the best possible photo of your ID.
ID Failed 3 times - after the third failed attempt, you will be required to complete our Scan Issues form that appears on-screen. A member of our team will be in touch.
ID Successfully uploaded - you'll see a green tick and a message on-screen. Click CONTINUE to confirm your contact details.
3. Confirm your personal details and contact information
You can now update your contact and address details:
If nothing needs changing - click CONFIRM to complete the process.
If the address shown on the screen is incorrect - click CHANGE ADDRESS. If the photo ID you uploaded contains your current address, tick the box to confirm and we'll use that to validate your address. If your current address does not appear on your photo ID, click UPLOAD UTILITY BILL and follow the instructions. Once you are happy, click CONFIRM to complete the process.
4. Complete your Fan Update and wait for us to review it
After clicking CONFIRM you'll be shown the confirmation message below.
Our team will review your submission and will send you a confirmation email once they have approved it. This email will confirm you have completed Fan Update.
