I'm having difficulty uploading my Photo ID to the system - can I bring it in to the Ticket Office at Anfield?

No, please follow the process in the system and try to upload your ID. Don't be worried if you get temporarily prevented from scanning again after a few unsuccessful attempts - we can reset your tries in the system, and if you do get stuck we will invite you in to see us.

The system will give you three attempts to upload your Photo ID. If you're unsuccessful after that, the system will temporarily stop you from making any more attempts and will ask you to fill out a short form, which will go to our Fan Update team. They will be able to review your unsuccessful scans and guide you through the most appropriate next steps. Usually we are able to give some extra advice on how to improve your picture so the system can scan it properly, and you won't need to come in to see us.
