Registered users will be able to access exclusive benefits including the “Walk On” emagazine, our brand new egaming platform “LFC Gaming”, competitions, polls, forums, the LFC Newsletter, match commentary, video content and more.
What benefits can I earn and what can I win via prize draws?
Benefits, rewards & prizes might be things like official LFC merchandise or offers, real-world and virtual fan experiences, partner products or offers, digital downloads and collectibles or entry into exclusive prize draws. There will be new benefits, rewards & prizes available on a regular basis.
Is it free to enter the prize draws?
Yes, it’s completely free. When entering via the MyLFC area of the app, you’ll use some of the points you’ve earned to enter each prize draw. Alternatively, you can use the postal “free entry” method where no points are used. However, you must be registered on the Official LFC App or Website to ensure entry via the postal, free entry method and we must receive your entry before the last business day of the Competition Period. To enter, write to us quoting the reference quoted on the Prize Draw, including your full name, email address and contact telephone number. What do I have to do to earn or win?
You must complete a range of easy tasks in order to earn points. When you have enough points you will be able to redeem them for your chosen rewards. You can view the current set of tasks, benefits and rewards within the MyLFC area of the Official LFC App.
What tasks must I complete and where can I see them?
Tasks might be things like predicting a match score or selecting your team in the Match Centre, completing a poll or short survey, “touching the sign” on a match day, or watching a specific video. Tasks will change regularly with new tasks added in future. The tasks available to complete will be listed in the MyLFC area of the Official LFC App.
How do I know if I’ve completed a task or not?
When you visit the MyLFC area of the Official LFC App, you will see an activity timeline which lists all the tasks you’ve completed.
How do I redeem the benefits and rewards I've earned?
Once you have completed some tasks, you may have earned enough points to redeem some benefits & rewards. The benefits & rewards will be listed within the MyLFC area of the Official LFC App. You use your accumulated points to redeem the benefits & rewards, much like a payment, but without using money.
Rewards and prizing can be either digital or physical. Digital rewards & prizing might be virtual fan experiences, digital downloads and collectibles or entry into exclusive prize draws, and physical rewards and prizing might be LFC merchandise, real-world fan experiences or partner products. When you have redeemed a physical reward or won a physical prize via a prize draw you will either complete a delivery form where you will detail your delivery address, or you will be contacted via email for the same information. We will organise a delivery to take place as soon as possible. Please contact us if you have not received your reward or prize within 28 days.
How can I check my points total?
When you visit the MyLFC area of the Official LFC App, you will see a current points total on the main screen. In addition, you will also see an activity timeline tab which lists all the recorded tasks you’ve completed and the number of points earned.
Can I gift points to other users?
You are not able to gift points to another user; however, you may be able to gift points to the LFC Foundation. Gifting points to the LFC Foundation follows the same process as redeeming a reward. All benefits & rewards will be listed within the MyLFC area of the Official LFC App. You use your accumulated points to redeem the benefits & rewards, much like a payment, but without using money. Simply select the reward that corresponds to the number of points you would like to gift to the LFC Foundation.
