We really value supporter feedback and want to make sure that you always have a positive experience when you contact our Fan Services or Ticketing Services teams. After you contact us, you might be invited to complete a short survey.
Genuine requests for feedback on your experience contacting our Service teams will come from the following sources:
SMS - our SMS will show as from 'LFC' on your phone
Twitter - we'll DM you from our official @LFCHelp account
Your invite will include a link to complete our online survey using your computer or smartphone/tablet. Our survey links will always start with https://feedback.liverpoolfc.com/
, followed by a code that is unique to your survey invitation.

How long does the experience last?
We estimate your experience will last around 60 minutes, but this can depend on numbers and weather conditions. You will also have free entry to the LFC Museum as part of your ticket. The opening time for the Museum is 9am and last admission is 4pm.
