I have received a message from LFC asking me to give feedback about my recent experience contacting you - is it genuine?
Updated
We really value supporter feedback and want to make sure that you always have a positive experience when you contact our Supporter Services team. After you contact us, you might be invited to complete a short survey.
Genuine requests for feedback on your experience will come from the following sources:
Email - if you used our contact form or sent us an email, we will send you a link to a survey from the same address we used to reply to your contact. All of our email addresses end in @service.liverpoolfc.com.
SMS - if you called us, we will send you an SMS from 'LiverpoolFC' inviting you to complete a survey.
X or Facebook - we'll message you a survey link from the same account you contacted us on.
Your invite will include a link to complete our online survey using your computer or smartphone/tablet. Our survey links will start with https://survey-app.sprinklr.com/ or http://spr.ly/, followed by a code that is unique to your survey invitation.
(Note that if you are a member of LFC 'Your Voice', you may be invited to participate in other surveys about a wide range of topics. If you have any questions about these surveys, or want to learn more about the panel, you can find out more here.)
