How do I say thank you, make a suggestion, or make a complaint?

We work hard to try to make sure every experience Liverpool FC delivers is a great one.  We want to let our teams know when they have done well and learn where things could be done differently and therefore really value your feedback. So, if you wish to let us know about someone or something brilliant, make a suggestion for our consideration or make a complaint please contact us using the link below and we will get back to you as soon as we can.


If you have reason to complain on a match day, please speak to a member of our Fan Support Team, a Match Steward or a uniformed member of staff who can help to resolve the issue. We find that most complaints can be resolved at the time of the initial problem, however if your complaint cannot be resolved on the day or is concerning another matter, please contact us via the Contact Us link below.
