We work hard to make sure every experience Liverpool FC delivers is a great one. We want to let our teams know when they have done well and learn where things could be done differently, and therefore really value your feedback. Match Day feedback
If you have reason to complain or give feedback on a match day, please speak to a member of our Fan Support Team, a Match Steward or a uniformed member of staff. We find that most complaints can be resolved at the time of the initial problem. However, if your complaint cannot be resolved on the day, or there's something else you want us to know about, please contact us using the link below this article.
