What happens if my Auto Cup Scheme payment fails?
If your payment fails then your ticket will be reserved for a period of time and you will be contacted by email or SMS to inform you. You can then login and purchase your ticket. If you do not purchase a ticket for the match then you will be removed from that scheme.
We are not able to attempt to take payment again once the initial payment has failed. We are also unable to see why a payment has failed, however you bank should be able to advise you of this if needed.
