What happens if my Auto Cup Scheme payment fails?

In the event your Auto Cup Scheme (ACS) payment fails, you will receive an email or SMS to advise of the payment failing and the deadline for purchasing your tickets.
To purchase your ticket, you'll need login to your My Account, select the 'Reservations' tab, tick the box next to your ticket and complete purchase.
Failure to purchase your tickets by the deadline will result in the tickets being released and you being removed from the ACS.
Please Note - Updating your payment card after a failed payment attempt does not prompt us to try and take payment again.
