When shopping online how can I be sure I'm ordering from the Liverpool FC Official Store?
Liverpool FC have recently received complaints and returns from supporters who have purchased counterfeit products online.
To protect yourself when shopping online, we advise:
- Check the domain name of the website you are shopping on. The only Liverpool FC Official Store is https://store.liverpoolfc.com
- Compare the price of the item to the price on the Liverpool FC Official Store. If the price is significantly lower than the Liverpool FC Official Store, it may be counterfeit
If you never receive any goods after placing an order, and believe the reason is that you ordered from a counterfeit site and have been a victim of fraud, we recommend you contact your bank. They may be able to recover the funds by reversing your payment.
