Error when downloading a ticket distributed to me

To download NFC Passes on Samsung phones, you need to make sure that Google Chrome is set as your default browser. Otherwise, the download will be blocked, and you will receive an error like the below:

To avoid this message and download your pass, follow these steps. Changing your default browser may vary slightly depending on what type of Samsung phone you have, but the guide below should help you access your Default apps section:

1. Go to Settings on the phone you want to download the pass to:

2. Now tap on Apps:

3. Tap on Samsung Internet:

4. Now tap the Browser app entry:
