Can disabled supporters forward their ticket to someone on their Friends & Family List?

Tickets can only be forwarded to a supporter with the same accessibility requirements.
For example, ambulant disabled tickets can only be forwarded to another ambulant disabled supporter, and wheelchair user tickets can only be forwarded to another wheelchair user.
