I have multiple accounts/supporter ID's, how do I complete SSO?
Updated
If you have multiple supporter ID's associated with your email address, each Ticketing/Membership account can only have a unique email address linked to it, to reflect that each account is for a unique individual. The same email address can't be used on any other Ticketing/Membership accounts. You will need to provide a unique email address for each account.
Should you need to set up an email account for your dependents, please see our setting up an email account for a junior or dependent FAQ for further assistance.
The majority of fans should only have 1 account. However, there are some scenarios when a fan could have more than one account, for example:
A disabled fan who has 1 or 2 personal assistants who attend the match with them
A priority rights holder who has more than 1 priority rights account
The easiest way to complete the single sign on process for these accounts would be to use an alias email address. An example of an alias email address would be:
Primary Account – use your normal email (e.g. joe.bloggs@hotmail.com) to create a ALL RED account and link this to one of your Supporter IDs during the SSO linking process
Secondary Account – set up a second ALL RED account using an 'alias email' - before the @ sign, add a + symbol followed by an identifier, such as a ‘2’ - joe.bloggs+2@hotmail.com - during the linking process, link your other Supporter ID to this ALL RED account
Repeat the 'Secondary Account' process for any other accounts you have.
Any emails that are sent to the alias email address (e.g. joe.bloggs+2@hotmail.com) will arrive at the joe.bloggs@hotmail.com email address.
