What’s the difference between an Access Card and Stadium Access Card?
Updated
An Access Card is issued and managed by Nimbus Disability, and is used as a way of communicating your access requirements across a wide range of events and venues across the UK and beyond.
The card will display a photo of the cardholder, an ID number, and any symbols that have been allocated to represent the barriers faced due to their disability. This allows the Club to easily understand the support needed and the adjustments that may be needed.
When registering your access requirements with the Club, the Access Card and the Digital Access Pass are used so that our team can review the symbols allocated and enable you to book any relevant accessible tickets.
A Stadium Access Card is issued to supporters who would find it difficult to use the digital tickets that our Club uses. For those who are eligible, we can provide a card to be used at the turnstile entry, instead of using a digital NFC pass.
If you require accessible ticketing options, and need to register your access requirements with the Club, you will need to have either an Access Card or a Digital Access Pass that is issued by Nimbus Disability. A Stadium Access Card cannot be used for this purpose.
Equally, an Access Card from Nimbus Disability, cannot be used at the turnstiles in place of a digital NFC pass.
See our Accessibility Information on how to register your access requirements with the Club.
