How long does the Nimbus registration process take?

To register your access requirements, you firstly need to obtain an Access Card/LFCDigital Access Pass, if you don’t already have one.
The Access Card application process can take up to 21 days at the point of submission however you can check the Nimbus application processing times as these may fluctuate depending on application volumes. You can select a fast-track option during the Nimbus registration process if you require the pass by a certain date. If additional information is required, Nimbus may contact you to complete your requirements.
Once your application is approved, you then need to link your access requirements with the Club. Please provide your Access Card number alongside the email address & Supporter ID associated with your Ticketing Account.
Our processing time is 20 days. Once we have reviewed your requirements, we will contact you with the outcome of your registration.
