How do I cancel my auto-renewal?

To cancel your auto-renewal:
Log in to your All Red Account.
On the left-hand side, click Manage All Red membership.
To cancel your auto-renewal, click Cancel Auto-Renewal near the bottom of the page.
You’ll see a pop up to confirm you want to cancel your auto-renewal, click Cancel Auto-Renewal.
Your auto-renewal has now been cancelled.
If you hold a Video membership, no further monthly payments will be taken. If you hold a Full, Light or Junior membership, you will not be charged for Season 2026/27.
You can manage your auto-renewal status for seasonal membership types and auto-renewal status until 9am 5 May 2026 as payment will be attempted from 6 May.
